Mom and I took the first Mastery class in the Bernina series at Pine Needles last night. It was Mastery 1 of 5. We learned how to clean and oil our machines, thread them, change the foot and needle, and wind the bobbin (I knew how to do everything except clean and oil).
Then we made a pot holder!! It was super fun!! And easy!! We practice using all different types of decorative stitches with the #10 foot. I have the #10 foot and now I think it the coolest foot, ever!
I’ve also worked on Dina’s centerpiece. I just have to quilt it and add the binding. I’ve decided to embroider in the red triangles and do decorative stitching at the seams. Should be super cute! Just need to pick up some more thread and embroidery needles tomorrow after the Intro Mastery class (I took the first one out of order).
