After running diagnostics it was deemed necessary to replace my hard drive. Dell is sending me a hard drive and then some guy will put it in, even though James is well equipped to do it himself. So, now I wait for the hard drive. Dell is also recommending I add more memory to the computer to make it run faster. And my computer was “made” to be compatible with Vista, but according to the Dell guy – he said, “don’t do it” – my computer is insufficient. Not that I really care because I don’t do much with this computer. James will build me a super computer one day, anyways.
In related news, I bought a cute 500GB external hard drive from Seagate and it is super cute! The same blue as was on my wedding dress. James is jealous and now wants to buy one. I also bought a new keyboard/mouse set up from Logitech. I hate my microsoft set up, so don’t ever buy this one. It doesn’t like to synch and also decides it doesn’t want to work occasionally. After having issues with the initial set up, about 2 years ago, I should have just taken it back. Just a tip!
