1/2 cup All Natural Chunky Peanut Butter (any brand. I use Smucker’s)
1/2 cup All Natural Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
Mix all ingredients together.
Drop by teaspoon onto very lightly greased cookie sheet.
Press with a fork dipped in sugar.
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 – 8 minutes (and up to 12 minutes)
Makes 30 cookies
