Hash Brown Casserole

32oz. bag of Hash Browns
1 stick of margarin
1 can cream of mushroom (or cream of chicken)
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 cup milk
2 cups of velveeta (shreds or cubed)
——–
1 cup crushed cornflakes (or bread crumbs)
1/2 stick margarine to melt with cornflakes

Mix all together (except the cornflakes and 1/2 stick margarine)
Place in casserole dish.
Sprinkle cornflakes over mixture.
Pour the melted 1/2 stick margarine over the cornflakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
