Makes 2 or 3 Loaves

  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Package of Lemon Cake Mix with Pudding
    • OR 1 Lemon Cake Mix, plus 1 Box of instant Pudding
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • 1/2 Cup of Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of Poppy Seeds
Beat all ingredients (except for the Poppy Seeds), for 4 minutes at medium speed.
Fold in Poppy Seeds.
Grease disposable aluminum loaf pans (2 or 3).
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
