Taco Salad

1 lb. ground beef
1 cup Brooks Chili Hot Beans (drain some of the sauce)
1 cup Mild Taco Sauce
1 head of Lettuce (or packaged lettuce)
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 chopped Tomatoes (or drained cans diced tomato)
1 bag of Taco Doritos
2 bottles of Kraft Catalina French dressing

Brown beef and drain.
Add beans and taco sauce.
Cook on low for 10minutes.
Cool.
Add the rest of the ingredients and keep refrigerated.

Serve COLD!

Note: You can also have some of the ingredients on the side and add more ingredients, like peppers or onions.  Make it a Taco Salad Bar.
